VRchive is a patented prototype virtual reality software that provides an immersive user experience for media archives, databases, and collections. While film and media archives are typically searched by users with a text-based web search interface paradigm, VRchive provides a haptic alternative that takes advantage of the multivariate connections afforded by virtual reality.
